I have 2 variants of the same product in different sizes. I have made 2 thorx6 files to adjust for the size difference. I want to know if it is possible for me to maintain a single serial number for both files? Can you please provide me with the steps to maintain single serial number for both files. Example- product A has been marked with 810 serial number. the next marking that is for Product B ( Different Tx6 file) gets the serial number 811.

Yes, it is possible to maintain a single serial number across 2 files in the ThorX6 program.
I have installed ThorX6 and realized that the software users custom fonts. You can't use the ones you have in your Windows, because the ones used by Thor are designed especially for this program. The file format of the fonts is SLF. If you already have fonts in this format, then browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\ThorX6\font and paste them there. Open font.ini and define the custom fonts as show in the image. Save the file, restart the software and that's it.
We have problem with pin marker in Thor X6 software. We can't change operating area. We change dimensions in program, but it doesn't stay and change itself back to previous values.

The software is available in the Cyrillic language, but it's not specified if it does have support for fonts in this language which is a totally different thing than the program's interface. Also, I've checked the status of the software and it doesn't appear to be available anymore. There is no official website or something related to this software.
However, Thor is listed on a few Chinese websites. You can download the software and te manual, but no fonts.

I got a problem when marking serial number in ThorX6. The software randomly close after finish marking serial number. (After I mark 1 - 5 times)
On windows 10 it closes the software without error noticing. But on windows 7 it pops an error message.
